Our voluntary commitment to prevent exploitation in Protego's operations and supply chain.

Version 0.1
Draft, legal review required before publishing.
Status of this statement
Protego Sol Limited is below the turnover threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a slavery and human trafficking statement. We publish this statement voluntarily because exploitation in a supplier or labour chain is incompatible with how we intend to operate.
Our organisation and supply chain
Protego is a UK information security and engineering consultancy. Our supply chain is primarily professional associates, named delivery partners, software and cloud providers, office and communications services, and professional advisers. We do not manufacture physical goods.
Our commitments
- We do not tolerate forced labour, servitude, trafficking, child labour or coercive recruitment.
- We conduct proportionate checks on associates and suppliers according to geography, service, labour model and access.
- Contracts require compliance with applicable employment, human-rights and modern-slavery law where proportionate to the relationship.
- Concerns can be raised to hi@protegosol.com without retaliation, and credible concerns will be investigated.
- We will stop or remediate a relationship where a supplier cannot address a substantiated concern.
Review
The directors will review this statement annually and after any material change to our supply chain. Future versions will describe any incidents, due-diligence changes and relevant training completed during the period.
Next step
Start with a conversation, not a proposal.
Thirty minutes. We will tell you what we would do, what it would take, and whether we are the right firm for it.
